To be more specific - we have to help our customers maximize USP, create more touchpoints, build loyalty and overall value for their customers. We want to relieve doctors of additional duties and focus on their work, support call centers with new solutions for more efficient medical appointments, and optimize the business model for the enterprises. This means that we need to identify, analyze and improve all existing processes & procedures in order to optimize performance, meet the best standards, improve quality and user experience for our Spanish customers.
